Asian Portobello Sandwich with Wasabi Mayo. I found a recipe online that sounded good for this Asian Portobello sandwich with wasabi mayo. I marinated Portobello mushrooms, then cooked them and put them on a toasted baguette smeared with wasabi mayo and topped with vegetables.
